The principle of cooperation
General rules
Awans Tax Firm provides services on a contract basis signed between the Firm and the Client.
Taking care of our clients time and comfort we organize collection the documentation as well as communication with our customers with every means of communication. In our work we try to take over all the formalities related to accounting.
Conflict of interest
Prior to signing the contract with a client, we check whether it does not generate a conflict of interest with existing clients served by us. In such case, we take all possible actions to remove it.
Professional secrecy
Tax advisory services provided by our company are protected by the professional secrecy rules concluded with the tax advisor services Act.
Liability limitation
Our company uses the insurance protection under the liability insurance.
The General Inspector of Financial Information
Our tax company is obligated within the meaning of the Act of November 16th, 2000 on preventing introduction into financial trading assets originating from illegal or undisclosed sources and on counteracting financing of terrorism (Dz.U. z 2003 r. Nr 153, poz. 1505 z późn. zm). According to the rules of this Act we are committed to register the disposition or order of the customer to complete the transactions, of which the circumstances suggest that assets values may originate from illegal or undisclosed sources to record, regardless of its value and character.
